I've been soured on dealerships a lot. But this one is exceptional for service! They are great at making sure you know what to expect ahead of time so there aren't 'surprises' and they're very quick! Micheal Morris was my service guy, he dealt with my warranty company and got them to expedite everything to get the job done ASAP on our Odyssey! I'll be a return customer for sure!

Purchased our van here around Thanksgiving of 2024 and the communication and customer service of not just our salesman Gage, but everyone involved was top notch! We have since been back for oil changes with Talon in the service department and love the fact they give you a stop watch (for both yours and their knowledge) to time the service, which they take pride in the work that is done. Can't say enough about how great of an experience my family and I have had at this dealership and will definitely be back when we're in the market for another vehicle!

My oil, oil filter change and tire rotation was completed in a timely manner. There was also a recall notice on the car. The service manager and the technician explained the process for the recall notice. My car passed the recall inspection , so no parts needed to be replaced. I received a text message and a call that my car was ready for pickup. The service department staff members are friendly and informative.
